Adam Harrell serves as the Co-Managing Partner of Harrell and Chambliss, with the primary practice of law in the areas of real estate, creditors’ rights, energy law, business, and banking. For the past 20 years, Mr. Harrell has served as the Partner in Charge of the firm's representation of business clients. Mr. Harrell is a graduate of the University of Virginia (BA, with Distinction) and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Harrell serves as Board Chair for Richmond Christian Foundation.
Buddy Childress, a native Richmonder, is the Founder of Needle's Eye Ministries (NEM), a Christian outreach to the marketplace of Metropolitan Richmond. Mr. Childress served NEM as Executive Director for forty-four years. He continues to serve the Lord vocationally as Marketplace Minister and Mentor with 3Wide Ministries.
He is also the Founder, and former Executive Director, of two other ministries, the Christian Counseling and Training Center, and the CrossOver Healthcare Ministry. He has served on the initial boards of several other ministries.
Mr. Childress holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and a Master of Theological Studies (magna cum laude) from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.
Dr. James Anderson graduated from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He is Family and Emergency Medicine Board Certified. For over 40 years, Dr. Anderson has served the medical care needs of Richmonders through his associations with the Medical College of Virginia, Chesterfield Family Practice, and Chippenham/Johnston-Willis Hospital. Dr. Anderson is also a retired Colonel from the US Army Medical Reserves, where he completed five active duty mobilizations, including two tours in Iraq and one in Afghanistan.
John Madison is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of service to families, busnesses, and ministries. Mr. Madison earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Personal Financial Planning. He is active in his church, leads personal finance classes for the community, and serves on the Board of Directors for multiple charities in the Richmond area. Mr Madison serves as Treasurer for Richmonnd Christian Foundation.
